Anglicare redeveloped their residential aged care facility in Dapto, to help meet a need for suitable seniors’ accommodation in the Illawarra. The development was delivered in two stages, with the first stage to rebuild the residential care home.
The second stage will build the community care centre, activities room, café and other recreational facilities. It is currently estimated that the total capital investment will be about $44 million in the Dapto community.
Anglicare Sydney has reopened its St Lukes Village in Dapto in Wollongong’s south. The project consisting of a 111-room residential aged care facility and 60 independent living units.
PON Projects were awarded the contract to design, construct and maintain an Integrated Communications Network (ICN) a GPON fibre cabled solution.
